Cancellation Policy
1.1. Utility Bill Payments
- Bills cannot be cancelled once submitted, as they are instantly processed through NPCI-BBPS rails.
1.2. Recharges
- Prepaid/DTH recharges cannot be cancelled once successful.
- Failed transactions are auto-reversed; no manual cancellation is needed.
1.3. FASTag
- FASTag recharge cannot be cancelled once processed.
- FASTag issuance/activation may be cancelled before activation (if applicable), subject to partner rules.
1.4. Ticketing Services
Cancellation is available if supported by the respective operator:
- Bus/Flight: Cancellation windows and charges depend on vendor/operator rules.
- Train Ticket (if offered): Cancellation depends on IRCTC policies.
1.5. System-Triggered Cancellations
A transaction may auto-cancel due to:
- Server issues
- Payment gateway timeout
- Biller downtime
- Validation failure
In such cases, the amount will be auto-refunded.
